AI Agents

AI agents built around real business processes.

AI receptionists, voice agents, lead qualification, booking and CRM-connected agents that handle defined tasks inside clear boundaries — with human handover built in.

Conceptual — integrations confirmed per project

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that can interpret information, make decisions within defined rules and use connected tools to complete specific business tasks. Unlike a chatbot that only answers, an agent can act: qualify an enquiry, book an appointment, update a CRM record, route an email or answer a question from approved company knowledge. Digi Mo Agents builds these around one process at a time, with permissions, logging and a route to a person.

The distinction

Automation reacts. Agents can interpret.

Rule-based automation is the right tool when the input is predictable. Agents are the right tool when the input is a conversation, a document or a judgement call — and the wrong tool when nobody has defined what “done” looks like.

Rule-based automation Reacts

If a form is submitted, send a text. Reliable, cheap, transparent. See business automation.

VERSUS

AI agent Interprets

Understand the situation, use approved knowledge and perform defined actions — then hand over when the task is outside its remit.

What we do not claim: that agents run a business autonomously, that they replace a team, or that they never need supervision. Agents are intelligent operational capability. They are scoped, tested on real cases, given only the tools they need, and monitored.

Capabilities

Ten agent types, each built for a defined job

AI receptionists

Answer inbound calls and messages, take details, qualify and book — including out of hours.

AI voice agents

Natural phone conversations for enquiry handling, confirmations and follow-up calls.

Lead qualification agents

Ask the right questions, score fit and urgency, and route to the right person.

Appointment booking agents

Offer live availability, book, confirm and reschedule across calendar and CRM.

Sales follow-up agents

Chase quotes, answer questions and re-engage quiet leads by text or email.

Customer support agents

Resolve common questions from approved knowledge, escalate the rest with context.

Internal business agents

Handle repetitive internal requests, summaries and hand-offs between systems.

Knowledge agents

Answer staff and customer questions from your own documents and data.

CRM-connected agents

Read and update pipeline records so the CRM stays accurate without admin.

Custom agentic workflows

Multi-step processes across several systems, designed around one business outcome.

Integrations

Connected to the systems you already run

Shown conceptually. Which integrations are available depends on your systems and is confirmed during scoping — we do not claim connections we cannot provide.

How we build agents

Scoped, tested, supervised

Define the process

One task, its inputs, its permitted actions, and what happens when the agent is unsure.

Connect and test

Approved knowledge, connected tools and real historical cases before anything goes live.

Run with oversight

Logging, review and human handover, with the agent’s scope widened only as it proves reliable.

Questions

Common questions, straight answers

If yours is not here, ask it on a call — we answer everything.

Book a strategy call

Yes. An AI receptionist or voice agent can answer inbound calls, take details, qualify the enquiry and book an appointment, then pass a summary to your team. Call quality and scope are tested before launch.

In most cases, yes — agents can read and update CRM records so the pipeline stays current. The specific CRM and what it exposes are confirmed during scoping.

Yes, when connected to your calendar or booking system. The agent offers live availability, confirms, and sends reminders through the same workflow as your automation.

A software agent that handles inbound enquiries by phone, text or chat — answering, qualifying, booking and routing — so calls are not missed when the team is busy or the office is closed.

Agents are given the minimum access needed, use approved knowledge only, and log every action. Data handling is agreed per project and documented.
